Should The 15k WS wrestlers have a title?

I am thinking that 15k below WS wrestlers get to have a championship for their fans to get boosted and popularity
UPDATE: Adding a poll u can cancel your vote cause people may have different opinions but I say Yes cause this will boost the newbies of feds more fans and better popularity
